A nameless quilt

I'm not sure what to call this quilt. It's about 26"x30" and I have made it as a wall hanging (and actually hung it!). The colours are some of my absolute favourites - the colours of New Zealand waters in my mind - rivers, lakes and the sea.

I'm linking up to {sew}modern monday at canoe ridge creations. Happy creating everyone!

  2. Nice, Megan! I love the optical illusion as if the stripes are woven together. For a name, how about something to do with water?

  11. Hi Came here via Adrianne and spotted this quilt. Fabulous. I'm also a NZer but living in Adelaide at the mo and I totally agree about the NZ water esp the dark teal/jade colours. Pleased to find your blog.

  13. Do you have a pattern or tutorial for this quilt? We just moved from Hawaii and I have been searching for a quilt for my bed. I have all the Hawaiian ocean colors but I need a design. I saw this and instantly fell in love.
